HT-RZ600 Building Materials Combustion Calorimeter is a computer-controlled combustion calorific value testing device, primarily used for determining the combustion calorific value of solid waste and domestic waste, complying with the National Standard CJ/T313-2009 “Sampling and Analysis Methods for Domestic Waste”.
The calorimeter system operates on Windows XP or higher, featuring user-friendly human-computer interaction for easy learning and operation. The software adopts object-oriented programming methods and modular management technology, enabling multi-tasking operation. It utilizes serial communication technology to integrate system control and data management, offering excellent compatibility and easy maintenance. The system overcomes the drawbacks of computer interface board conflicts, ensuring broad adaptability. With scientific and effective algorithms, it delivers high data accuracy and reliable system stability.
The system can automatically complete energy equivalent calibration and material calorific value measurement. The energy equivalent calibration adopts a multi-dimensional selection method, providing real-time flexibility. The measurement process and data processing of material calorific value are fully automated by the computer. The measurement process employs digital prompts and graphical displays for intuitive operation.

- The calorimeter retains all functions of the computer system, allowing it to run general-purpose software for other tasks while simultaneously initiating the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (water equivalent) and measure calorific value.
- The inner cylinder of the calorimeter adopts an electric stirrer with blade paddles, while the outer cylinder uses a submersible electric stirrer, ensuring more uniform and convenient stirring. The ignition method employs a fuse-type cotton thread.
- The calorimeter operates on Windows XP or higher, with full Chinese prompts for human-computer interaction. It is easy to learn and use, and the test can be completed by following the prompts.
