Working Principle & Structural Features:
The grinder consists of:
- Housing: Cold-rolled steel enclosure for sealing, safety, and aesthetics.
- Base: Cast from high-quality damping materials to minimize vibration during operation.
- Damping System:
- High-performance springs (high strength, elasticity) + rubber pads for dual damping, reducing noise and ensuring stability.
- Power Unit:
- Motor, eccentric weight, and support cylinder.
- The motor drives the eccentric weight to generate high-speed orbital motion, transmitted to the grinding assembly.
- Grinding Assembly:
- Grinding bowl, ring, and hammer.
- Materials are crushed and ground into fine powder via high-frequency impact.
