This microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter is mainly used for measuring the calorific value of combustibles such as coal, biomass fuels, oils, heavy oil, food, wood, etc.
The calorimeter system runs on Windows and above systems, featuring human-computer interaction, making it easy to learn and use. The software adopts an object-oriented programming method, modular management technology, and multi-task operation. It uses advanced serial communication technology to integrate system control and data management, with good compatibility and easy maintenance, overcoming the drawbacks of computer interface board conflicts. It has wide adaptability and uses scientific and effective algorithms, ensuring high data accuracy and system stability and reliability.
The system can automatically complete the calibration of system energy equivalent and the measurement of material calorific value. The calibration of system energy equivalent adopts a multi-dimensional selection method, which is flexible and real-time. The measurement process and data processing of material calorific value are automatically completed by the microcomputer. Based on the content of sulfur, moisture, and hydrogen, it automatically converts and calculates the bomb calorific value, gross calorific value, net calorific value, and as-received calorific value. The measurement process uses digital prompts and graphical methods, making it intuitive and easy to understand.
Performance Features:
- The microcomputer calorimeter retains all the functions of the microcomputer system. It can run general software for other tasks while simultaneously starting the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimetric system and measure the calorific value. By inputting data such as sulfur, moisture, and hydrogen, it can convert and print data such as bomb calorific value, gross calorific value, and net calorific value.
- The inner barrel of the calorimeter device uses an electric stirrer with blade paddles, and the outer barrel uses a submersible electric stirrer, making stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument uses a fuse-type cotton ignition method.
- The microcomputer calorimeter operates on Windows XP and above operating systems, with full-process Chinese prompts, human-computer interaction, easy to learn and use. Simply follow the prompts to complete the test.
