1. Adopting an embedded computer, imported industrial control machine, 10-inch large-screen LCD touch screen, with a user-friendly man-machine interface and convenient test operation.
2. Using single-chip microcomputer and intelligent control technology, the heating and cooling during the distillation test process, distillate liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume control, temperature recording, test result printing, etc., are all completed automatically.
3. Real-time display of three curves of vapor temperature, heater temperature and distillation rate during the entire test process, which can real-time judge whether the relevant indicators meet the requirements of the test standards.
4. Applicable standards and distillation procedures can be added according to user needs and test oil samples, and can be called at any time.
5. Equipped with automatic atmospheric pressure detection function, which automatically completes pressure correction, so that the test results are not affected by atmospheric changes.
6. After the test, input the residual amount to automatically calculate the evaporation temperature.
7. Antifreeze is added to the cold bath, with built-in circulating stirring, and equipped with a liquid level sensor and an overflow pipe to keep the water level in the bath normal.
8. Equipped with a flame detector and automatic fire extinguishing function to ensure the safety of the instrument.
