This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T 255 “Test Method for Distillation Range of Petroleum Products” and SH/T 0121 “Technical Specifications for Distillation Range Determination Devices of Petroleum Products”. It is used to determine the distillate composition of liquid fuels, solvent oils and light petroleum products.
Main features:
1. Adopting an integral lifting mechanism, the heating furnace can be adjusted up and down conveniently and runs smoothly.
2. The water bath adopts a stainless steel structure, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
3. The heating furnace uses electronic voltage regulation technology to realize continuous and stepless adjustment of heating power.

Distillation flask:
Made of hard glass, heat-resistant up to 500℃ and above.
The spherical diameter of the flask body is Ф69mm±1mm, and the neck thickness of the flask body is Ф16mm±1mm.
The angle between the branch pipe and the bottleneck is 75°±3°.
Electric furnace washer:
Made of silicon carbide, with an outer diameter of Ф105mm and inner diameters of Ф50mm and Ф30mm respectively.
Thermometer:
(0~360)℃, with a division of 1℃, meeting the requirements of the national standard GB/T 514.
Condensation tank: Made of stainless steel, with the condenser tube finely crafted from ф16mm × 1mm brass tubes.
Heating adjustment: Composed of a heating device, a silicon-controlled temperature regulation circuit, and a control panel.
The heating rate is continuously adjustable.
Working environment: Ambient temperature (-10~+35)℃; relative humidity ≤85%.
