HTTS-9000 Features of Fully Automatic Ultraviolet Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer
The instrument adopts a vertical sampling mode.
Realize automatic cleaning of the injection needle and automatic replacement of samples, and the program can be set according to requirements.
A fully automatic sampler with 16 or more positions is selected, featuring accurate positioning. Once set, it can perform fully automatic detection and automatically set the sample injection volume, enabling unattended and automatic analysis.
The gas flow rate is precisely controlled by a mass flow meter, without the need for manual adjustment. Gas pressure and temperature are precisely controlled by responsive sensors.
The computer controls the entire process of analysis, data processing, etc., and displays the working status of the whole process. The standard curve can be completed automatically.
Imported high-quality furnace heating wires are adopted to extend the service life of the cracking furnace. The data processing software is equipped with an over-temperature protection and automatic shutdown function. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the instrument will automatically cool down and enter a protection state.
The designed * fluorescent pool has an automatic compensation function for ultraviolet light source intensity, with high sensitivity and low baseline noise.
