This instrument is a fully automatic portable insulation oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester designed in accordance with the national standard GB/5654 (Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Factor and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials). It can measure oil dielectric loss and volume resistivity simultaneously, and features simple operation, accurate and reliable test data, etc.
Main Features:
1、It adopts a color touch screen operation design, with a Chinese interface, Chinese character printing, and Chinese character menus, making the operation convenient.
2. The instrument structure integrates the functions of an oil collection cup, heating, temperature control, and pressure regulation.
3. It has a built-in automatic calibration function for empty cups, which measures the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of empty electrode cups to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cups.
4. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
5. Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, and temperature limit protection functions, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message.
6. A warning message is issued when the temperature sensor fails or is not connected.
7. High-frequency induction heating of the electrode cup for short-term uniform heating.
8. Contains a sine wave generator, and digital voltage regulation generates a standard 50Hz high-power test power supply.
