This instrument is a new generation of fully automatic portable insulation oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester designed in accordance with the national standard GB/5654. It can measure oil dielectric loss and volume resistivity simultaneously, and has the characteristics of simple operation, accurate and reliable test data, etc.
Main features:
1. It adopts a liquid crystal display. Just follow the prompts on the Chinese character menu, and the instrument will automatically perform the test, as well as automatically store and print the test results.
2. The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure conforming to the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an inter-electrode spacing of 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results.
3. The instrument adopts medium-frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm, and has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
4. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-electrode capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, ensuring the accuracy of the instrument even after long-term use.
5. The AC test power supply adopts the AC-DC-AC conversion method, which effectively avoids the impact of fluctuations in mains voltage and frequency on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing. Even when powered by a generator, the instrument can operate correctly.
6. Comprehensive protection functions. When there is overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued. A temperature-limiting relay is installed in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay releases and the heating stops.
7. The test parameters are easy to set. The temperature setting range is 0–125℃, the AC voltage setting range is 500–2200V, and the DC voltage setting range is 0–500V.
8. The empty electrode cup calibration function measures the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cup. The calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
