This instrument determines the corrosivity of liquefied petroleum gas to copper in accordance with the standard SH/T0232 “Test Method for Copper Strip Corrosion of Liquefied Petroleum Gas”.
Main features:
1. Valves A and B are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, with a pressure resistance of 7.0Mpa.
2. The cylinder is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, adopting double sealing with an O-ring and a red copper gasket, with a capacity of approximately 160 ml.
3. The water bath is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material and can hold two test cylinders at the same time.
4. An electric heater and an electric stirring device are installed in the bath, with automatic temperature control by a temperature controller, which can meet the test temperature of 40±0.5℃. Two test cylinders can be placed at one time.
5. The temperature control and timing device adopt automatic control with digital display, featuring sensitive response, accurate temperature control, and a time setting range of 0~999 minutes.
6. The stirrer is composed of a motor, a stirring shaft, and blades, with low noise and high efficiency.
