This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the national standard GB/T3554 “Determination Method for Oil Content in Petroleum Wax”. It is suitable for determining the oil content of petroleum wax with a freezing point above 30℃ and an oil content not exceeding 15%.
Note: For some waxes with an oil content greater than 5%, if the oil cannot be completely dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone and thus stratifies, this method is not suitable.
Main features:
1. The -35℃ cold bath is an independently designed refrigeration device with a total of 4 cold tanks, which can test 2 samples in groups.
2. The wax melting water bath and the 35℃ evaporator are designed as a whole. The lower part is a wax melting water bath with a temperature range from room temperature to 95℃, and the temperature of the water bath is controllable and adjustable; the upper part is an air bath evaporation device with a controlled temperature of 35℃.
3. The temperature adjustment and control of both the cold bath and the water bath evaporator adopt digital display temperature controllers, ensuring accurate temperature adjustment and control.
4. The amount of air blown into the sample in the evaporation device is detected by a glass rotor flowmeter, which can accurately control the air blowing amount according to the specific requirements of the test. The blowing time can be arbitrarily set within 60 minutes by a timer according to the test time requirements.
5. The overall design of the instrument is a desktop structure, with a novel design, reasonable structure and convenient use.
Main technical indicators:
