The HT-17144 Automatic Micro Carbon Residue Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB/T17144 “Standard Test Method for Carbon Residue of Petroleum Products (Micro Method)”, ASTM D4530, and ISO 10370:1993. It is used to determine the residue formed by evaporation and pyrolysis of petroleum products under specified conditions. Its test results are consistent with those of GB/T 268 (Conradson method). It is applicable to industries and sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, scientific research, and colleges and universities.
Main features:
1. Controlled by a microprocessor chip, with an adaptive PID control algorithm, which automatically adjusts the temperature rise curve according to standard requirements;
2. Color touch screen for display and operation, automatic temperature control, automatic display of the experimental process curve, and real-time display of the test process;
3. Automatic monitoring of nitrogen pressure, automatic control of flow rate, and automatic alarm at the end of the experiment;
4. Large-capacity storage chip, capable of storing 500 records, with historical records accessible at any time;
