Product Overview:
This series of vacuum tube furnaces uses resistance wire as the heating element. A quartz glass tube runs horizontally through the center of the furnace body as the chamber, with both ends sealed by stainless steel flanges. The furnace atmosphere typically consists of inert gases (nitrogen N2, argon Ar2) or reducing gases (hydrogen H2, carbon monoxide CO), as well as nitrogen-hydrogen mixtures. The gas introduction primarily serves to prevent oxidation or provide a reducing effect.
Product Features:
- The gas circuit assembly is made of food-grade 316 stainless steel, offering excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and non-magnetic properties.
- The heating chamber consists of upper and lower sections, with the upper section capable of tilting backward approximately 100° for easy sample handling and observation.
- The chamber material is made of premium polycrystalline mullite fiber through vacuum adsorption, achieving 50% energy savings and uniform temperature distribution.
- Molybdenum-doped iron-chromium-aluminum alloy heating elements with zirconia coating maximize equipment lifespan. Features automatic power cutoff when the door opens for operator safety.
- Includes over-temperature and thermocouple failure alarms, automatically cutting off heating when exceeding set limits.
- The temperature control system employs AI regulation technology with PID adjustment, fuzzy control, and auto-tuning. Allows programming of 30-segment temperature control for various heating/cooling programs.
- Optional RS-485 communication interface for computer connectivity.
