The high-temperature vacuum drying oven, also known as the high-temperature vacuum oven, is an industry-specific equipment developed by our company to adapt to the rapid development of the new energy industry. It has a rich configuration and can achieve better anti-oxidation by adding inert gas to the system; It is mainly used for testing vacuum and high-temperature processes in the lithium battery industry and for rapid drying of heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable, complex substances, as well as accelerated drying of powders and other substances.

7. The inner tanks of the GT, GH, GTL and GHL types are made of SUS304 stainless steel, while those of the GS and GSL types are made of 310S stainless steel. The surfaces are all brushed, and both materials have acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. The inner tank is 3mm thick and has multiple reinforcement around the outer wall of the inner tank to ensure no deformation at high temperatures under high vacuum.
8. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a nominal thickness of 1.2mm. The surface is phosphated and treated with electrostatic powder coating. The paint is firm and long-lasting, has good anti-static function, and is elegant and stylish.
9. It is equipped with an embedded heating method in the inner cavity, which has the advantages of fast heating, uniform temperature, and quick warming after opening the door;
10. One-piece molded silicone rubber sealing ring, high-temperature resistant, anti-aging, with excellent sealing effect;
4. Vacuum advantage
1. The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances.
2 For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powder or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
3 Vacuum drying of various complex mechanical parts or other porous microporous samples after cleaning leaves no residue and reduces the drying time by half.
4. Safer to use, in vacuum or inert conditions, completely eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion upon heat.
5. Powdered samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air compared to ordinary drying that relies on air circulation.
